Dinnerware- Our collection is a vintage set of solid white dinner plates with champagne chargers. Blue/white collection available also.
Required Extras
Refundable Damage Deposit: $200 (separate check) returned if no damage occurs and venue is left cleaned and in the condition in which you found it.
Bartender: If serving alcohol, you must have a certified bartender 21 years or older from our required bartender list.
Event Insurance: Should there be any damage to the property or anyone injured, this covers liability and is easily purchased through www.TheEventHelper.com.
Clean Up Fee $220
For weddings over 60 guests, a tent rental through our approved rental provider is required if there is rain forecast.
Alcohol Policy
If you are serving alcohol at your wedding or event, all alcohol must be provided by a certified and insured bar tender from our list of Required Bar Tenders and Mobile Bar Companies. We have an excellent list of bar tenders who know our venue and offer a high level of service at a great price.
Caterers
Please feel free to use any caterer of your choosing, however, we must have a copy of their license and liability insurance beforehand. We are happy to recommend caterers who we’ve used before and offer great rates and services. All food must be provided by a licensed caterer.
HOW TO BOOK
Booking is easy! To reserve the date of your wedding, we have a three payment schedule.
STEP 1:
To reserve your date, a non-refundable $500 deposit is due & rental contract signed
STEP 2:
Thirty days later, a 50% payment is due
STEP 3:
Thirty days prior to the event, the remaining 50% payment is due.
